The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Amendments to Clause 75 of the Tax Code of Ukraine" (regarding Unregistered Taxpayers)

The primary goal of the bill (Reg. No.8609) is to arrange favourable conditions for sustainable work of small business entities, i.e. sole proprietors-VAT nonpayers and legal entities using simplified taxation system which includes VAT to the single tax payment.
